Lars Deltrap
My name is Lars Deltrap, welcome to my website. I am an illustrator, animator and teacher. In addition to editorial illustrations for magazines and newspapers, I make animations for television, illustrate books and write and illustrate my own stories. Clients I work for include Querido, Gottmer, Sesamstraat, Zin Magazine, De Volkskrant, Quest Magazine, Zwijsen and Malmberg. Next to working in my studio, I teach art to students. I have taught at various institutions such as the TU Delft and the Amsterdam University of the Arts. Currently I work at the Illustration department of the Willem de Kooning Academy in Rotterdam.

Every year, Quest Magazine publishes a special containing 101 questions that readers have come up with. The questions vary from ‘Did people really used to think that smoking was healthy?’, ‘Do animals also suffer from pregnancy ailments?’, ‘How much does a person have to go to the toilet in his life?’ to ‘Which reader of Quest Magazine is the most curious and sent most questions’.
